What is it?
One of the key elements of CX success is communication, whether it’s keeping in touch with customers about your products or services or addressing any specific issues they might have. Or whether it’s keeping employees up-to-date with what’s happening and making sure they feel close to your customers.
The internal or external communications an organisation sends have a huge impact on the recipient, either a customer or an employee, and how they feel about the sender. For example, using jargon and sending long, complicated messages can erode trust and make the recipient feel the organisation is trying to hide something. And a lack of personalisation and empathy can make a recipient feel unrecognised and uncared for.
